I'm trying to gauge interest on making some t-shirts for the forum.... One way to go is I could get a silkscreen made and make some tees the old fashioned way. I'd probably buy shirts from H&M since they are cheap and have a ton of colors. I could also go the online route where we would pre-order them and they would get shipped out by a company that makes them. Let me know if you'd want a Playground shirt down below and vote in the poll (two yes options since a poll requires more than one). :(

Just some examples below, any ideas welcome.

  2. As an addendum: i believe our mascot should be placed on the shirt as well underneath the logo.

  3. I would be interested in a couple. I like the current logo too.

Cool thanks, what colors would you be interested in? The logo can be a different color too, though I am leaning toward a one color design (one screen). I think cost would be around $15 with shipping (rough estimate).

I took some photos of t-shirts when I was at H&M. They have crew and v-neck styles and a bunch of different colors. The weight is a little bit on the lighter side so they can be layered with another shirt. I can look into bulkier T-shirts if there's a preference for those.

  6. I totally want one! Thanks, Dodger. Still want a button with the logo, too -image-

  7. great idea!

the dark blue looks especially solid! -image-

glad you're thinking about this.. I'd be in for one or 2

about colors.. black shirt and neon pink or neon green logo would look very 80ish style

I'd also take white logo on black tee

  9. If it was twenty bucks or less I'd be down for a crew neck. Burgundy would be nice but it doesn't have to be.

  10. Ooooh. Nice. I'd buy one.

Thanks everyone for the interest. I think I'll put this project in line after the fan set work has been completed. That project is still brewing, but on hold due to various vacations and projects the artists are currently working on.

  12. Just wanted to get some feedback on this. For those of you who are interested, to make things more exciting. What if we put some of the 80s fanset artwork on the back of the shirt or vice versa?

I'll try and get a picture of it so you can visualize what it looks like tomorrow. I think you guys will love it. It might increase the cost a bit, not sure on that one, but this idea just popped into my head and wanted to quickly get it on paper (so to speak) so i don't forget about it.

Anyways let me know if this sounds exciting to some.
